Your Safety: We take the health and safety of our guests seriously.
We offer contactless check-in in our s/c apartments on request.
Follow all government health and cleaning recommendations.
Servicing of rooms is dependent on covid status.
Jeannette is a Registered Nurse, lives on site, is Covid 19 vaccinated and happy to provide health assistance on request.
Cancellation Policy: We try to be flexible and fair.
Covid: If Covid restrictions mean you are unable to travel you will not be charged for cancelling. Bookings made via an online booking agent (booking.com, Expedia etc) need to be cancelled through the Booking Agent.
Everyday cancellation: Guests can cancel free of charge 72 hours before arrival. Cancellation after this time is equal to one night’s accommodation.
New Year Bookings: Between the 27 of December and the 5 of January the free cancellation period is 42 days before arrival. Cancellation after this period is 50% of the total booking.
Payment Policy: We require credit card details to hold a booking. We don’t usually deduct payments prior to guests’ arrival unless guests request it.
We reserve the right to pre-authorize guests credit cards or take pre-payments.
